Embody Women offers one free exchange if you need a different size, colour or style. Keep your current item with you and we will send out the exchange to you at no extra charge. You can then return the item that did not work.

Full-priced items purchased during a promotion are eligible for return for a full
refund. Items purchased on markdown (outside of a promotion) or with a further
discount applied are eligible for a return for site credit valid for 12 months.

All refunds/returns or exchange requests must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your items and returned within 7 days of approval.
